Refund Policy

Where this English text and the Chinese text differ, the Chinese version governs — it is the language of the agreements and of arbitration.
The buyer membership fee is non-refundable. $199.00 USD per year is the standard price; an invitation code may set a lower amount, and this policy applies to whatever amount you were charged.
It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged without your action. Please read this page before you pay.
1. What the fee covers
The fee activates a THUNDER INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC buyer account tied to the invitation code you redeemed. It grants access to the buyer portal: catalog browsing, order creation, balance and ledger, and the marketplace export tools.
It does not include product cost, shipping, warehouse fees, or any account balance. Those are quoted and billed separately.
2. No refunds are given for
- Changing your mind, or deciding not to sell after paying.
- Not using, or ceasing to use, the buyer account.
- Dissatisfaction with the catalog, supplier pricing, product selection, or platform features.
- Suspension or termination of your account for breach of the Buyer Terms.
- Your inability to meet the separate requirements of any third-party marketplace (eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shopline, or others). We provide export tooling; we do not control those platforms' approval decisions.
- Exchange-rate movement between the time you viewed a price and the time you paid.
3. Error correction
These correct our own errors. They are not refunds on request. If either applies, contact us within 90 days of the charge and we will return the funds:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same invitation code. We return every charge beyond the first.
- We could not provision your account — you paid, and for a reason attributable to us we are unable to create your buyer account. We return the full fee.
Ninety days is a hard limit: Alipay payments cannot be refunded after that window.
4. Payment methods and currency
We accept card and Alipay, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or Alipay credentials.
Charged in USD. If you pay with Alipay, the RMB amount is set by Alipay’s exchange rate at the time of payment.
Where a return is issued under Section 3, Alipay refunds are processed asynchronously and normally settle within minutes; card refunds normally settle in 5–10 business days.
